SEVERAL Potholes in middle of east bound lane on Highland Avenue starting near where Highland starts at Clairmont Avenue and going east for several hundred feet.

Please investigate and repair the city sidewalk on the side of the Church of Masondonia Baptist church. At the location of 1405 13th Ave N Birmingham, Alabama, 35204, the reporting citizens states that the roots of the tree are causing the sidewalk to crack up

Citizen states that there is a very large pothole that needs to be repaired.

Pothole is on 1st Avenue North just before 11th Street (going West) in the Right Lane. I had a tire blow out as a result and two damaged rims on 3/16/26. When I informed a co-worker (Cherita Fagan PHO: 443-366-1459), she reports 2 flat tires after running over the same pothole one week prior.

Please repair pothole at 3600 Country Club Rd, Mountain Brk, Alabama, 35213-personal car was damaged.

There is a lot of trash from where the city tore down the house, and it has a bad smell coming from the lot. 4819 14th Ave N, Birmingham, Alabama, 35212

Citizen states the house at this address is falling in. Requesting investigation for it to be condemned/demolished.

Please clean out a creek behind the address of 6300 4th Ct N, Birmingham, Alabama, 35212. The reporting states that there is a lot of debris in the ditch and this causing snakes in the area

Citizen states this abandoned house has the windows and doors torn out of it. Citizen is concerned someone will go in and start a fire or something. Requesting the house to be demolished.

In reference to 21219457. Citizen stated during follow up call some of the logs are still there. Citizen request to be contacted by someone before you come out. From previous request citizen was not contacted prior to someone going out- 1108 17th St. 35401

Morning Traffic is RIDICULOUS now with new crossing guard at Drake and Garth. Attached picture is from the top of the hill on Drake, that took me a while to get to this point from Whitesburg. It took another almost 15 minutes to get from this point down the hill to turn right onto Garth to go to Jones Valley Elem. Please bring back the old crossing guard or get someone else that can keep traffic moving. This morning without Randolph traffic was only just a little bit better than the other past mornings. Please help!

People are constantly, constantly going straight from the first turn lane into the second turn lane. I am following the closest traffic laws, merging from the left straight lane into the second turn lane after crossing the intersection. Not only am I crossing a solid line (no other option besides going straight from the first turn lane), but it’s creating a dangerous and frustrating situation where I’m having to cut off people who are illegally going straight. I would love to see some barriers in place at the beginning of the second turn lane to keep people from going straight, as well as some dashed striping that allows for a more legal and clear lane change into this second turn lane from the middle lane (left straight). I sent this in before and it was ignored/closed, but the problem of course persists…

Citizen states that there is an abandoned black honda polit that needs to be picked up.

There are pot holes up and down this street from freeway exit to freeway entrance. I am a new homeowner in the area and it would be nice to see this street redone. There are several of us new to the area and the road is terrible.

On the corner of Washington and Holmes a beautiful light pole has been damaged and the pieces are laying on the ground and a little way down the street on Holmes a street sign is laying in pieces on the sidewalk and has been there for quite a while
