  • Business name, address, category, contact details, and descriptions submitted as BuzzPins

  • Infinity Player playlist and source data (YouTube links, Spotify links, podcast RSS feeds, audio files)

  • BuzzVet Tool: When you use BuzzVet, the job description text you submit is processed by our AI analysis service (BuzzIQ). We store the submitted text and resulting score to enable shareable result links. We do not share submitted job descriptions with employers or third parties. Anonymous BuzzVet sessions are retained for 90 days.

    2.2 Automatically Collected Information

    When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location (city/region level)
  • Device type, operating system, browser type and version
  • Pages viewed, features used, and timestamps
  • Referral attribution data (how you arrived at the Services)

    Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (primarily Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers, banking credentials, or sensitive payment instrument data. We may retain limited billing metadata including:

  • 3.1 Mobile App Disclosures (WebView + Native)

    If you use our mobile app (Capacitor WebView wrapper), we may collect or process:

  • Push notification tokens to deliver alerts you opt into
  • Device and app diagnostic data to maintain performance and stability
  • App activity and feature usage for analytics and support
  • We do not collect your device's precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant location permission through your device settings.

  • BuzzVet job description scoring
  • Caption and creative content generation
  • Podcast and media transcription
  • AI Tools process user-provided data and platform activity data. AI-generated content is assistive only. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and using any AI-generated content before publication or distribution.

    We do not use AI to make binding legal, medical, or financial decisions on your behalf.

    AI processing may involve transmission of data to third-party AI providers. These providers operate under their own data processing agreements and are treated as subprocessors under our DPA.

    5. Referral, Ambassador, and BuzzPin Tracking Data

    We collect and process data specifically related to:

  • Business submissions and BuzzPin listings created by ambassadors
  • Referral activity, attribution chains, and conversion events
  • Ambassador outreach, claim submissions, and onboarding activity
  • Commission eligibility determinations and payout processing
  • Engagement metrics (clicks, interactions, conversions, scans)
  • Payment and reward eligibility, including 1099 threshold tracking

  • Operate the Ambassador Program and calculate commissions
  • Determine and verify referral attribution
  • Prevent fraud and detect abuse of the reward system
  • Maintain accurate commission records and audit trails
  • Fulfill legal and tax reporting obligations
  • Improve the BuzzPins feature and ambassador experience
  • This data is retained for the duration of the ambassador relationship and for a minimum of 7 years for tax and financial compliance purposes.

    6.1 Between Platform Participants

    Information may be shared between businesses, ambassadors, creators, team members, and customers as required to facilitate referrals, campaigns, and rewards. For example, a business may see attribution data associated with an ambassador who referred a customer.

    6.2 Service Providers and Subprocessors

    We share information with trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf, including:

  • Payment processing (Stripe)
  • Reward fulfillment (Giftbit)
  • Push notification delivery (Firebase)
  • Email and SMS delivery (Mailchimp, Brevo, and similar)
  • AI processing (Anthropic, Google, and similar)
  • Analytics and performance monitoring
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure (Cloudflare, cloud providers)
  • Customer support tools
  • Media delivery and storage (Cloudflare R2)
  • These providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to perform services for It's Buzzing and are bound by appropriate data processing obligations.

    6.3 Legal and Safety Reasons

    13.1 Information We Access via Google APIs

    Based on permissions you grant:

Upon revocation, we will delete all stored tokens associated with your account.
