DFW PropTech Partners Secures $40M to Accelerate Real Estate Technology Expansion
DALLAS, TX — January 15, 2025 —
DFW PropTech Partners, a Dallas-based real estate technology firm, announced today it has closed a $40 million Series B funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Greenspring Associates and several strategic real estate investment trusts.
The company plans to deploy the capital toward expanding its AI-driven property management platform, which currently serves more than 1,200 commercial and residential property owners across Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. The funding will also accelerate hiring, with DFW PropTech Partners expecting to add 85 full-time positions across engineering, sales and customer success over the next 18 months.
"This investment validates what we have believed from day one — that the real estate industry is ready for intelligent, scalable technology solutions," said CEO Marcus Holloway. "We are no longer asking landlords and developers to adapt to software. Our platform adapts to them."
The Series B round brings total funding raised by the company to $67 million since its founding in 2019. DFW PropTech Partners reported 180% year-over-year revenue growth in 2024, citing strong demand from mid-market property management firms seeking automation tools for lease processing, tenant screening and predictive maintenance.
The company expects to expand into four additional Sun Belt markets, including Atlanta, Phoenix, Nashville and Charlotte, by the fourth quarter of 2025.
